Montaine is Crystal Valley's newest neighbor, with front range views and two communities, one exclusively for 55+ and the other has no age restrictions.

Bell Mountain Ranch: Bell Mountain is located in south Castle Rock and features lots ranging from 4-12 acres, front range views, wildlife, rolling hills, scrub oak, and partly treed homesites.

Downtown - Encore and Riverwalk

Encore is a newer development of condos featuring a gym, dog wash station, clubhouse and the ultimate in live/work/play. Conveniently located to I-25 for an easy commute to DTC. Riverwalk, across the street from Encore, is known for its scenic setting along East Plum Creek and associated walking trails.
